ARTICLE 1 : Preamble
The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform users of the site :
- On how their personal data is collected. Any information that can identify a user is considered personal data. As such, it can be: his name and surname, his age, his postal or email address, his location or his IP address (non-exhaustive list);

ARTICLE 3 : Personal data collected and processed in the context of navigation on the site
3.1 Data collected
LimudCal collects data in the course of its role as defined in the LimudCal Terms of Service.
Personal data collected in the framework of our activity are the following :
Last name, first name, email, address, postal code, phone, IP address, location, profile picture.
Collection and processing of this data serves the following purposes
- to analyze the traffic on the Site and to establish statistics on the consultation of the Site by Users or Visitors, in order to improve the services provided
- to manage accounts and allow Users to benefit from the Site's functionalities
- To be able to provide all the information required on the tax receipt intended for the donor who will support an association registered on LimudCal.com
They are kept by the data controller under reasonable security conditions for a period of: contact@limudcal.com
The company may keep certain personal data beyond the above-mentioned time limits in order to fulfil its legal or regulatory obligations.
3.2 LimudCal Commitment
LimudCal is committed to:
- To process only the personal data necessary for the proper functioning of its platform
- To keep the data secure in order to avoid access by unauthorized third parties, loss, deterioration or misuse of the data, in accordance with the rules defined by the CNIL.
- To provide the Donor or the Association with access to the data collected on its behalf, by all means chosen by LimudCal (electronic files for example)
- Not to communicate to third parties the data collected on the Site without the express authorization of the Users (Donor or Association), or of the Visitor, except if this was made obligatory by a law, a regulation or a decision of a court or a regulatory authority.
- Not to communicate the data collected on the Site from the Donors of an Association to another Association.
ARTICLE 4 : Data Controller and Data Protection Officer
Personal data are collected by Limudcal, SASU with a capital of 500 Euros, whose registration number is 910 681 881.

ARTICLE 5 : Retention of personal information.
We keep your donation data for the duration of the donation transaction and ten (10) years for accounting purposes.
Your payment data is collected at the time of the transaction and immediately deleted at the end of donation.
ARTICLE 6 : Security of personal information.
In the course of our business, we will take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.
All personal information you provide to us is stored on secure servers (password and firewall protected).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password you use to access our website; we will not ask you for your password (except when you log in to our website).
ARTICLE 7 : Third party websites
Users or Visitors may be redirected by the Site to third party websites and we have no control over these sites and are not responsible for their privacy policies or information practices.
ARTICLE 8 : Conditions for changing the privacy policy
The editor of the LimudCal site reserves the right to modify the present Policy at any time in order to assure the users of the site its conformity with the law in force.
The possible modifications will not affect the purchases previously made on the site, which remain subject to the Policy in force at the time of the purchase and as accepted by the user at the time of the validation of the purchase.
The user is invited to read this Policy each time he/she uses our services, without the need to formally notify him/her
